U17 Euro: TV channel, kick-off times and live streaming in the UK

The U17 Euro brings together Europe's best under-seventeen sides, and there is one thing to know in order to watch it properly: at that age, the date of birth still weighs. Between a player born in January and one born in December of the same year there are nearly twelve months, and at sixteen twelve months show on a pitch, in centimetres and in kilos. The better-organised teams work with that, the others put up with it, and part of what looks like talent is still physical maturity. That is why a winner of this competition does not automatically become a great senior side a few years later: the gaps close. The final tournament is played in a single country, over two weeks, with matches in the afternoon and early evening.
